Was reading on the discussion boards tonight about a website that calculates your optimal weight called "Happy Weight" which calculates an optimal body weight based on height, frame and several other criteria.
While calculating my happy weight I realized it was about 13 pounds lighter than what I had been calculating. My original goal was based on a perceived notion of what would be doable for my age, stage of life and ideal BMI.
I think I'm now going to focus on my new Happy Weight and use a range of weights for maintenance. So I'll be re-doing my ticker (:
